Our limited warranty is for one year against materials and workmanship. If there is a problem, please call us for authorization. We will then ask you to send the cushion back, including a note as to the problem along with your original receipt (a copy will do) and contact information. We will review the problem, and if it is found to be covered under our warranty, we will replace your cushion free of charge. Please do not send back the cushion without prior authorization.
