THIS IS FOR A NEW PAD SET FOR A HUMAN TOUCH PERFECT CHAIR ONLY

Wood Base/Frame Not Included.

- This Perfect Chair Pad Set includes the Main Pad, Headrest Cushion, Small Head Pillow and both armrest caps. This fits the newer series 1 Manual PC-6, PC-410 and Power Electric PC-095, PC-510 Perfect Chairs from Human Touch Only. Pad Set may fit some older model Perfect Chairs but the armrest caps may not fit some older PC-6, PC-7, PC-9 and PC-095 Perfect Chairs. (Special Armrest blocks will need to be purchased to make the armrest caps work for these older models).

-Works with the PC-420 and PC-610 Perfect Chairs.

-This Pad set will not work with the smaller Silhouette PC-075, PC-500 or PC-600 Perfect Chairs. Will not work with the PC-410 or PC-510.
